30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to "Order History". Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label provided in your return confirmation email. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or model, we're happy to help! Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@booya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Free returns for orders over R1000
  • 💰 R50 return fee for standard returns under R1000
  • 💰 Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns

International Returns

International returns are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
